Here’s what you can expect from us, and what we ask in return:
Requirements for Dogs in Our Care

Completed Vet Release and Service Agreement forms by their humans

At our home: Must be friendly with other dogs (we host up to 2 dogs at a time + Bim)

Up-to-date on core vaccinations (required: Rabies, legally required for all dogs in NYS, with regular boosters; Bordetella (kennel cough), essential for dogs in daycare; DHPP (DA2PP), protects against Canine Distemper, Adenovirus (Hepatitis), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus vaccinations)

Strongly preferred vaccinations include: Leptospirosis, protects against a bacterial disease, often recommended in areas with wildlife; Canine Influenza (CIV), for dogs exposed to other dogs, particularly in a group setting; Lyme, important in areas where ticks are prevalent

Flea/tick and heartworm prevention required and up-to-date

Spayed/neutered if over 18 months, recommended

House-trained or crate-comfortable, preferred

Able to ride in a car, for emergencies or pick up/drop off service, preferred
Health & Safety

We are happy to administer oral medications, eye/ear drops, and/or supplements, as directed

We can follow timed feeding schedules upon request

Please provide written instructions and necessary supplies in your home or at drop-off at ours.
Communication

We’ll keep you updated during your dog’s visit via text or email (let us know your preference). Photos, behavior notes, and cute moments included!
Scheduling

Please email/text for availability and scheduling for both "in your home" and "at our home" stays.

Limited availability depending on demand.

Reminder: we do not offer overnight stays at this time.
Cancellations

Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, when possible.

Last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) will incur a 50% fee, unless a documented emergency.
Payment

Payment due at or before time of service

We accept Venmo, Cash, Check

Receipts available upon request
Emergency Care
If your dog needs urgent medical attention, we will:

Contact your listed vet

Attempt to reach you
-
Transport your dog to the nearest emergency clinic, if needed
Please note: in the event of an emergency, any fees associated with veterinary care, treatment, or transport will be billed to the dog’s owner.
